从企业跨国经营的角度对中俄电力合作方式进行了划分,指出其主要方式有契约式进入、贸易式进入和投资式进入3种,并对每种方式进行了细分。3种方式各有利弊,结合中俄电力合作的特点对此进行了详细的阐述。指出中俄电力合作应把握各种方式的特点,从战略的角度进行决策。

This article has carried on the division from the enterprise transnational operations＇angle to the Sino-Russian electric power approaches to cooperation, and pointed out three types of enters. Trade type enters, contract type enters, and investment type enters are fractionized. Three types have the advantages respectively, and in the article unifies the Sino- Russian electric power cooperation characteristics to carry on the detailed elaboration regarding this. Finally, it is pointed out that Sino-Russian electric power cooperation should grasp each way of the characteristics, and carry on the decision-making from the strategic angle.
