摘要
2007年8月21日,广州供电局增城变电站500kV增横甲线遭受雷击而跳闸,L2相避雷器受损。介绍了这次故障的过程,通过电气试验分析和解体检查分析,找出L2相避雷器损坏的原因是内部绝缘击穿。通过分析三相避雷器的历史测试数据,发现L1相避雷器有阻性电流增大的趋势,于是对L1相和L3相避雷器也进行了试验分析和解体检查分析,得出XAP550B1/444型避雷器内部存在共性绝缘缺陷的结论。最后,针对该批次XAP550B1型避雷器的共性缺陷提出处理意见。
On August 21, 2007, the 500 kV Zengheng Line A of Zengcheng Substation under Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau tripped due to lightning strokes, and the arresters on Phase L2 were damaged. This paper describes the process of the fault. Through analysis upon electrical test and strip inspection, internal insulation breakdown is deemed to be the reason for the arrester damage. By analyzing the historical test data of the arresters on three phases, it is found that the resistive current of Phase L1 arrester tends to increase. So analysis upon test and strip inspection of arresters on Phases L1 and L3 is also made, coming to the conclusion that there exists common insulation defect in the arrester of XAP 550B1/444 type. Finally, solution to the common defect in this batch of XAP 550Bl-type arresters is put forward.
