腭黏骨膜组织瓣转移修复颊黏膜缺损的临床应用研究

Application of Palatal Mucoperiosteal Island Flap for Reconstruction of Buccal Defects

目的:评价腭黏骨膜组织瓣转移修复颊黏膜缺损的临床效果。方法:对近5 a间27例颊黏膜缺损患者采用腭黏骨膜组织瓣转移修复,其中全腭黏骨膜瓣17例,半侧腭黏骨膜瓣10例。观察腭黏骨膜组织瓣存活,供区的愈合及患者术后功能恢复情况。结果:25例患者腭黏骨膜瓣全部成活,2例腭黏骨膜瓣术后发生部分坏死。所有病例腭黏骨膜瓣供区形态恢复完整,无张口受限。结论:利用腭黏骨膜瓣转移修复颊黏膜缺损是一种简便且有效的方法。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of applying palatal mucoperiosteal island flaps for reconstruction of buccal mucous defects. Methods ：The palatal island flaps were performed in 27 patients for reconstruction of buccal defects following buccal lesin resection. To observe the outcome, including the survival rate of the flaps, the healing of the donor site and the functional recovery of the patients, of which to were half-palatal flaps and 17 were total palatal flaps. Results ：The palatal island flap has been used in 27 patients for reconstruction of buccal defects following buccal lesin resection. 25 tissue transfers in this subset of patients were successful. Partial flap loss has been noted in 2 cases with total palatal flaps. Functionally, we had found no evidence of restrictions on opening mouth in all patients. Conclusion ：Palatal island flap offeres a reliable method for reconstructing buccal defects.
