凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物与深静脉血栓形成相关分析

摘要 目的:探讨凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物(TAFI)与深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的关系。方法:应用发色底物法和ELISA法分别测定了30例DVT患者和30例正常对照者TAFI的活性及抗原。结果:DVT组TAFI的活性及抗原[TFAIAct(58.69±15.24)μg/ml,TAFI Ag(123.45±25.64)%]均较对照组[TAFI Act(30.15±9.36)μg/ml,TAFI Ag(69.35±24.13)%]显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:TAFI具有抑制纤溶的作用,可能与DVT形成有关。
