The work of management is human-centered, so a heart-to-heart talk with students is an integral part of the work of a college counselor. An effective attitude, occasion and method of a communication can help to improve the relationship between teachers and students, ease the students＇ worries and anxieties, solve their practical difficulties and make it more convenient to understand students＇ concerns. Thus we can also make the management work of ideological education more active and promote the harmonious development of interpersonal environment on campus.
