It is imperative under the current situation to reform the personnel administration system in higher vocational colleges. Only through reform is it possible to improve the college-nmning quality and efficiency and to vitalize the colleges. This article, based on an analysis of the existing problems in the process of reform, expatiates the new measures to be taken concerning the personnel administration system in higher vocational colleges.
