摘要
本文指出了目前高职院校薪酬管理制度存在和面临的主要问题,并提出了薪酬管理改革的思路和措施,即积极推行岗位聘任制度,制定有高职特色的薪酬制度,加强绩效管理与绩效考评,促进教职工收入合理增长。
This paper points out the problems in the current vocational salary management system, and offers the ideas and solutions for the reform, which are that we should promote post-employment system, establish salary system characterized with features of vocational college, reinforce performance & assessment and management and promote the reasonable increase of teachers' income.
