Design for Integrated Starter/Generator Machine for Hybrid Electrical Vehicle Applications Based on Corporative Simulation in Multi-Physical Fields

摘要 提出了车用电机的现代设计理念、步骤和原则,并在此基础上设计了混合动力用起动发电一体化(Integrated Starter/Generator,ISG)永磁同步电机,该样机性能指标符合技术要求。仿真数据与样机测试结果基本吻合,验证了该设计方法的可行性和有效性。 The modem design conceptions, procedures and principles of the electric machines for vehicle applications are discussed. An Integrated Starter/Generator, (ISG) synchronous machine for hybrid electrical vehicles is designed and the performance characteristics of the prototype machine fully satisfy the technical specifications. The simulation data and the tested data of the prototype machine well agree with each other. It further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the design technique.
