Physical model of the dental caries

物理模型是一种常用的科学研究方法,也贯穿于龋病研究的始终。龋病研究的物理模型广泛应用在龋病病因、病理及影响因素等的分析研究中。人工龋实验、细菌致龋实验和人工口腔生物膜模型等在龋病发病机制的研究中发挥了十分重要的作用,本文就这些研究作一综述。

The means of the physical model is common used in scientific researches. Meanwhile, it has gone through the whole development of the cariology. Physical model of the caries is of general meaning in the etiology, pathology of caries and its affecting factors. In this article, it mainly refers to the artificial caries experiments, the microbial caries studies and the artificial mouth biofilm models, which play the important roles in the researches of the pathogenesis of caries.
