摘要
文章透析了农地使用权资本化运作的经济学原因,阐释农地使用权资本化的重大现实意义。结合我国当前实际,解构农地资本化运作所面临的制度、市场等诸多障碍,最后给出简要结论。
Analyzing the significance of capitalization of using right of rural land, the paper interprits economic reasons for capitalization. The paper suggests several effective solutions to capitalization of rural land thinking of chinese reality, although there are many institutional, market disadvantages.
