摘要
根据广东省电力设计研究院2008年初在广东韶关、清远两地冰灾现场的调查情况,系统地介绍粤北电网的线路覆冰程度、杆塔受损统计结果及现有覆冰线路的设计标准,对产生本次冰灾的气象成因和线路各部件受损的原因进行了深入分析,并对广东电网覆冰线路的建设提出建议和应对措施。
Based on investigation on Guangdong Shaoguan and Qingyuan ice disaster site by GEDI in 2008, it introduced ice covering on transmission line, damage statistics for pole and tower and present design standard for ice covering transmission line, deeply analyze on weather cause making this ice disaster and damage reasons of line components, then put forward proposal and measure for Guangdong power grid ice covering line construction.
