摘要
肺癌是各种恶性肿瘤中引起死亡的主要原因之一。非小细胞肺癌占所有肺癌的80％。尽管治疗措施不断发展．但预后仍然很不理想。随着肿瘤分子生物学的发展．利用分子标志物判断肿瘤的生物学行为．预测非小细胞肺癌的复发．并对患者制定个体化的治疗方案成为研究热点。
