摘要 叙述了热泵系统的基本原理,详细分析了实际热泵性能系数低于理想卡诺循环热泵的三大原因,即实际热泵必须提供换热器传热温差、压缩过程的能量损失和采用节流阀代替膨胀过程。介绍了热泵的使用条件,即采用热泵的判别原则以及主要热泵类型。指出使用热泵是蒸馏过程节能的一个有效途径,为蒸馏过程热泵系统设计计算和工业应用提供必要的准备知识。 The basic principle of the heat pump was described. The coefficient of performance for the actual heat pump was analyzed, three main causes that resulting in heat pump has lower performance coefficient than that of ideal heat pump were given: the heat transfer temperature difference of the heat exchanger, the energy loses of the compressor and the throttle valve replacing the expander. The operation conditions and the types of heat pump were also introduced. The heat pump is an effective way for the energy-saving of the distillation process. This way can provide the foundation for the heat pump system design and industry applications.
