摘要
本文报导了Ⅱ-Ⅶ族化合物彩色夜光瓷釉的制备方法及其发光特性,选取了合成夜光瓷釉的最佳配比与合成条件,釉块采用Na_2B_4O_7,HBO_3,SiO_2,ZnO,Na_2CO_3混匀于1100℃烧制而成,在釉块中掺入30%的非放射性夜光粉,于700~900℃灼烧5~10分钟,取得了性能稳定,发光效果好的瓷釉。
This paper reports the preparation of nonradioactive night-luminous enamelsand its luminescent properties.Nonradioactive night-luminous enamel is a impor-tant matter,which primarily are reports by ourthous and have been applied.Enamelas prepared first by firing the blended mixtures of appropriat amount of Na_2B_4O_7,H_3BO_3,SiO_2,ZnO and CaCO_3 by firing at 1100℃ for an hour,and then night-luminous enamel was got by firing the blended mixtures of appropriat amountenamel and nonradioactive night-luminous phosphor.
