摘要
目的研究不同再生粗骨料取代率对再生混凝土短柱承载能力的影响.方法采用人工破碎的方式把废弃混凝土破碎后,参照普通混凝土配合比设计方法,通过改变再生粗骨料的掺入量,配制再生骨料混凝土.对9根再生混凝土柱和3根普通混凝土短柱进行轴心受压试验.结果再生混凝土柱与普通混凝土柱具有相似的破坏机理.再生混凝土柱的承载力随着再生粗骨料掺入量的增加逐渐降低,但降低幅度不大,当再生骨料掺入量为15%时,再生混凝土柱的承载力能达到普通混凝土柱承载力的约94%.结论在掺入量合适的情况下,再生混凝土柱应用实际是可行的.
The effect of different replacement percentages of recycled coarse aggregate on the axial and eccentric compression performance of recycled concrete columns is experimentally investigated. Adopting the manually breaking method, the waste concrete was crushed. According to the design requirements of proportioning ratio of ordinary concrete, by changing the mixture amount of recycled coarse aggregate, the recycled coarse aggregate concrete were made. Through the pilot study of the capacity of nine recycled concrete columns and three ordinary concrete column axials' compression, it turns out that recycled concrete columns and ordinary concrete columns are similar in destruction mechanism. The bearing capacity of the recycled concrete column gradually decreases with the increase of the amount of coarse aggregate mixture, but without significant decreasing range. When the coarse aggregate mixture amount accounts for 15 %, the bearing capacity of the recycled concrete column is 94 % as much as that of the ordinary concrete column. On the ground of proper mixture amount, it is feasible to put the recycled concrete columns into actual application.
