新型冷弯翼缘闭合轴压构件力学性能 被引量:7

Mechanical Behavior of New Kinds of Cold-Formed Flange-Closed Section Members under Axial Compression

摘要 目的分析提出的两种新型(HF1、HF2)冷弯翼缘闭合截面在轴压荷载作用下的力学性能.方法采用非线性有限元数值方法,应用大型有限元通用程序ANSYS对新型截面构件的力学性能进行模拟.结果分析了新型截面构件在轴压荷载作用下的屈曲模式、变形特征、承载力、刚度等方面力学性能,并与同截面参数冷弯C形构件相比表明,新型冷弯截面构件具有截面平均应力高、构件刚度大、弯曲变形小,板件不易局部屈曲等力学性能优势,HF1、HF2轴压构件的单位承载力耗钢量最低分别为同截面参数C形构件的46%和41.6%,单位承载力耗钢量降低幅度明显.结论所提出的新型冷弯翼缘闭合构件具有多方面优良的力学性能,并具有明显的经济性优势,可以深入研究并合理推广使用. Based on the hollow flange beam (HFB) of Australia, the two new kinds of cold - formed flangeclosed sections are put forward in the paper. And the mechanical behavior of the two new kinds of section members under axial compression has been studied. The nonlinear finite element method has been adopted and the large scale of general FEA program ANSYS has been used to simulate the new section members' mechanical behavior. Based on the precise finite element model, nonlinear finite element method is adopted to study the static behaviors including buckling modes, deformed process, load carrying capacity and stiffness of two new kinds of section members under axial compression. Compare the static behavior with those of lipped channel sections which have the same section dimensions. The two new kinds of section members have some superior static behaviors including higher mean section stress and modulus of the member and have no local buckling phenomena in the elements are proofed. HF1 and HF2 section axial compression members the lowest consumed Steel quantities of per unit load carrying capacity are only about 41,6% and 46.0 % comparing with the same dimensions of C- section members, which shows the outstanding economic properties. The two new kinds of section members shows many sides of superior mechanical behaviors, and the outstanding economic properties are showed in them, too. These two new kinds of section members can go deep into the experiment study as to be used in the practical engineering.
