交指流场与蛇形流场PEM燃料电池性能比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究电池温度、加湿温度、气体流量对氢-空交指流场和氢-空蛇形流场PEM燃料电池性能的影响.方法运用燃料电池测试系统测量了PEM燃料电池的性能,分析了电池温度、加湿温度和气体流量对两种流场PEM燃料电池性能的影响.结果在相同操作条件下,欧姆极化区蛇形流场性能优于交指流场,浓度极化区交指流场性能优于蛇形流场.结论交指流场对PEM燃料电池的流场选择具有重要的参考作用,为其推广应用提供实践依据. To optimize its operating parameters, the effects of cell temperature, humidification temperature and reactant flow rate on the performance of PEM fuel cetl with Interdigital Flow field and Serpentine Flow field must be studied. In this paper, the performance of the PEM fuel cell is measured by using the fuel cell test system, and the effects of cell temperature, humidification temperature and reactant flow rate on the performance of PEM fuel cell with Interdigital Flow field and Serpentine Flow field using hydrogen and air. Experimental results show that when under the same operating condition, the area of Ohm Polarization Serpentine Flow field is better than Interdigital Flow field , the area of concentration polarization Interdigital Flow field is better than Serpentine Flow field . Experimental results are very helpful to optimize the operating parameters of PEM fuel cell, and promote its commercialization.
