摘要
目的研究机械系统基本变换单元的特征,求解能与结构设计无缝集成的机械系统运动方案.方法基于机械系统状态空间理论将基本变换单元的组成要素——运动副作为其符号基因,提出了基本变换单元的基因符号表达方法以及基本变换单元间的基因组合运算方法.结果构建了机械原理运动方案的符号表达模型,简化了机械原理运动方案的符号表达,方便获得其符号方案的多个结构变体方案.结论该方法解决了原理运动方案的语义表达难以实现与结构方案设计融合的难题,获得了既便于计算机运算,又保证完整方案设计信息的多种方案.
The seamless integrated motion concepts of mechanical system with structural concepts are solved by researching the characteristics of basic transform unit (BTU) on the mechanical system. Through analyzing the BTUs' combination, and determining kinematic pairs as BTU's genes, the methods of gene's sign expression and its combination operation based on the theory of state space on mechanical system were proposed. Thus, the sign expressing model of the principle motion concept was conceived. The sign expression of the principle motion concept was simplified, and more structures of a principle motion concept were acquired. Using the above methods, the difficult problem that the principle semantic concept on mechanical system can't syncretize with structure concept, is solved.
