摘要
通过分析CANopen协议的特性,提出基于CANopen的控制网络及应用层的开发方法。采用Twido PLC和ATV31变频器设计卷染机控制系统,具有运行稳定、控制精度高、实时性好、操作简便、维护工作量小等优点。该系统已在某纺织厂应用并达到预期的运行效果。
Through analysis of characteristics of CANopen protocol,developing methods of control network and application layer based on CANopen are proposed.Use Twido PLC and ATV31 variable speed drive to design control system of dyeing wind machine.This system has advantages of stable running,high control accuracy, real-time, easy operation,and low maintenance costs.It was applied in a textile mill,and anticipative running effect was obtained.
