摘要
本文讨论了Tb^3离子在La_2SO_6基质中的发光性质,在紫外线激发下,测量了多种不同Tb^(3+)离子浓度的激发光谱和荧光光谱,分析了荧光光谱与Tb^(3+)离子浓度的关系,并讨论了Tb^(3+)离子在La_2SO_6基质中的浓度猝灭效应。实验表明,La_2SO_6:Tb^(3+)中Tb^(3+)离子的浓度为0.007时发射的蓝光最强。
This paper reports our study of the luminescence properties of Tb^(3+) ion dopedLa_2SO_6 phosphorus.The excitation spectra and fluorescence spectra for samples withvarious concentration condition of Tb^(3+) ions have been measured under violetexcitation.An analysis has been given for the dependent of fluorescence spectra onthe concentration of Tb^(3+) ions with emphasis on the concentration quenchingeffect of luminescence in La_2SO_6 substrate.The experiment demonstrate that thestrongest blue emission is obtained from La_2SO_6 at Tb^(3+) ion doped concentrationis fractional percentage 7.
