摘要
Professor Li was born in 1958, and joined the work force in 1973. After the college admission exam system was recovered in China in 1978, he was admitted to the Hunan University in June of the same year. He gained his B. S. degree in Foundry in June 1982, and immediately after that he was assigned as a faculty member to teach courses in Foundry （Teaching and Research） Division under the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Hunan University until August 1984. To pursue advanced degrees, he started his graduate study and gained his M.S. degree in the Metallic Materials and Heat Treatment from the South China University of Technology （SCUT） in June 1987.
