从教师职业的演变发展过程中我们发现了教师在中国社会的特殊角色,从中体会到中国教师在中华文化漫长变迁中构筑起的神圣"师道",中华师道中的丰富内涵让我们深感中国教师所体现出的职业精神信仰的神圣。寻找中国师道精神的原型,进而探讨中华文化的独特生境中本土化的教师职业精神信仰。

From the course of development on teacher＇ s profession, we found the special role of teachers in Chinese community, which constructs the sacred professional spirit of Chinese teachers through the vicissitude of Chinese culture, of which the rich content and spirit makes us admire deeply. The author attempts to seek the prototype of spiritual beliefs of Chinese teachers＇ profession. And then to explore the localization of Chinese teacher＇ s moral from unique Chinese cultural habitat .
