摘要
根据我国普通高校体育教师的现状，提出跨入２１世纪体育教师应具有的素质及应采取的相应措施和对策。
According to the present situations of the sports teachers in China′s higher educational institutions,the author suggests the qualifications,the further measures and strategy for the personnel in the 2lst century.
