女子手球运动员训练和比赛时某些生理生化指标的变化

Some Changes in Physiological and Biochemical Indexes in Women′s Handball Training and Competitions

通过测定四川队及参加１９９７年全国女子手球冬训检查赛的９支球队共２６名队员比赛时的心率、血乳酸和血尿素氮等指标后发现，新组建的四川女子手球队队员的心率和血乳酸浓度与其他省市手球强队相比已无明显差异，而且其无氧代谢能力还有较大潜力可挖掘和提高；血尿素氮含量的变化呈良好趋势，说明训练和比赛对运动员肌肉蛋白质代谢影响较为强烈，队员身体机能状况已具备了与国内强队相抗衡的实力。

According to the test on the 26 players from 9 teams and those of the Sichuan team for their heart beat,blood lactic acid,blood urea nitrogen and other indexes during training and competition,it is suggested that the players from Sichuan show no obvious difference from other players in their heart beat and blood lactic acid thickness,and there is still a great potential and improvement in their ability of anaerobic metabolism while the changes of the amount of nitrogen in blood urea show a reasonably good tendency,which indicates that the players′ muscular protein is significantly affected and their physical functions can match those of the players from other top teams in the country.
