关于腰椎间盘突出症研究的某些进展

Some Progress in the Research of Lumber Disk Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症是成年人群中的常见病、多发病；相关研究也进行得非常广泛。笔者仅就腰椎间盘的生物力学特性以及该症的发病机理和非手术治疗原理等方面作一简要综述；认为在多数情况下，非手术疗法对于该症是确实有效的。

Lumber disk herniation is a common syndrome among the adults and the research has carried out in every aspect.The author makes a brief review of this syndrome on its biomechanism,pathogenesis and the principle of nonoperative treatments,etc,concluding that the nonoperative treatments are effective methods in most cases.
