研究学校体育效应，建立“学校体育整体效应净平衡”假说，揭示“动态效应净平衡”的判定标准，通过实例，分析净平衡中的负效应——学校体育浪费，并提出确保“学校体育整体动态效应正平衡”

In the paper the author makes a study of the sports effect in universities,presents the hypothesis of “net equilibrum of tolal effect in university sports” and reveals the judgement standard of the net equilibrum of dynamic effect.The author also analyses the negative effect in the net equilibrum the waste of sports in universities,and comes up with the strategy for ensure the positive equilibrum in the total dynamic effect.
