摘要
导游员是旅行社接待工作的主体,是旅行社的核心员工。由于导游工作的复杂性和相对不可控性,旅行社对导游员应适当运用柔性管理。阐述了旅行社对导游员运用柔性管理的必要性以及推行柔性管理的方法和途径。
Tour guides, the mainstay of the reception work, are the core personnel in a travel agency. With regard to the complexibility and relative uncontrollability of tour guides, it is appropriate that flexible management should be applied in the administration of tour guides. This article elaborates upon the necessary quality of flexible management to tour guide and the approaches to carry out it.
