深井作业管柱摩阻计算分析 被引量:3

摘要 综合考虑各种因素对深井作业管柱摩阻的影响,如管柱的形状与几何尺寸,管柱的刚度、井眼的空间形状和井径大小等,建立了更为合理的摩阻分析模型。分别采用纵横弯曲梁法和修正的软模型对带扶正器段管柱和不带扶正器段管柱进行摩阻分析,建立了管柱入井安全性判断准则,用以评价深井作业管柱下入能力。 Considered all kinds of factors that affect friction, such as the shape, hardness and geometry of the string, the general shape of the well bore and the hole diameter, a more reasonable friction analysis model was established. By using the freely flexed beam and corrected mushy model respectively, the paper analyzed the friction of the string with a centralizer and without a centralizer, formed the safety criterion for the string setting into the well to evaluate the ability of the string setting in the deep wells.
