摘要
对木槿花的主要营养成分进行测定分析。试验结果表明,木槿花大部分营养成分的含量与花椰菜、甘蓝、芹菜、大白菜、芦笋等5种常见蔬菜相当,人体所必需的微量元素锌、硒的含量明显高于这5种常见蔬菜,其中硒的含量高达1.104μg/kg,是这5种常见蔬菜的11.3~52.6倍。
The nutrient contents (protein, amino acids, fats, ashes, carbohydrates, mineral substances and vitamins) of Hibiscus syriacus L.flower were analyzed, and compared with common vegetables. The results showed that hibiscus is comparable with common vegetable in most nutrients, and is higher in the content of trace elements zinc and selenium. The content of selenium reaches 11.04 μg/100 g, which is 11.3-52.6 times higher than that of the five vegetables, and is higher than that of almost every vegetable listed in the book ‘Tables of Nutrients'.
