浅析体育教师的素质

AN ELEMENTARY ANALYSIS ON THE QUALITY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE TEACHERS

体育教育作为一种塑造和培养人才的重要手段和形式,不仅使学生增强体质,掌握和提高体育的基本知识、技术和技能,同时,它还包含着发展学生智力、陶冶情操、锻炼意志等教育。加强体育师资队伍的建设,不断提高自身的素质与修养,树立体育教师良好形象,对提高教学质量,顺利完成体育教育的基本任务,具有重要作用。 本文从以下3方面论述了体育教师提高自身素质的重要性与必要性。提高素质必先确立素质的价值观念;提高素质必先明确素质的基本内容;提高素质的重要途径。

The education of physical culture, which is an important means and form to mould and foster qualified personnel, not only enables students to strengthen their physique and master the basic knowledge, skills concerning physical culture, but also involves the education of developing students' intelligence, moulding their temperament and training their will, etc. For the improvement of teaching quality and successful completion of the basic tasks of physical culture, it is of great importance to strengthen the construction of physical culture teachers, constantly improve their quality and accomplishment and set a good image.This paper discusses the importance and necessity of improving physical culture teachers' quality from three aspects, that is, the sense of value of establishing quality prior to improving quality; making clear the basic contents of quality prior to improving quality; important methods of improving quality.
