元首口服液对家兔血清磷脂酰胆碱∶胆固醇酰基转移酶活性的影响

The Effect of Yuanshou Oral Liquor on LCAT

用元首口服液喂养家兔１个月，测定其前后血清总胆固醇、游离胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量，结果表明，元首口服液有明显提高家兔血清中的磷脂酰胆碱∶胆固醇酰基转移酶（ＬＣＡＴ）活性（Ｐ＜０．００１），提高血清ＨＤＬ－Ｃ含量（Ｐ＜０．００１）。

We measured serum total cholesterol, free cholesterol and HDL-C of the rabbits, and did it again after feeding the rabbits Yuanshou Oral Liquor for one month. The results indicated that Yuanshou Oral Liquor markedly improved the activity of LCAT in the serum of rabbits (P<0.001), and the content of HDL-C in serum (P<0.001).
