多西他赛联合顺铂和5-Fu治疗晚期食道癌的临床观察

Combined chemotherapy of docetaxel plus cisplatin and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的：观察多西他赛联合顺铂和5-Fu治疗晚期食道癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法：多西他赛75mg／m^2，静脉滴注1d；5-Fu500mg／m^2，静脉滴注1～5d；顺铂20mg／m^2，静脉滴注1～5d。21d为1个周期，连用3周期后评估结果。结果：共治疗的21例患者，其中CR1例，PR11例，总有效率为57．14％。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论：多西他赛联合顺铂和5-Fu嘧啶治疗晚期食道癌可获得较好疗效，不良反应可耐受，值得进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the short - term effect and adverse reaction of docetaxel plus cisplatin and fluorouracil in advanced esophageal cancer. Method Twenty - one cases of cytologically and pathologically comfirmed advanced esophageal cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including docetaxel plus cisplatin and fluorouracil. Docetaxel： intravenous drip （75 mg/m^2）, d1; cisplatin： intravenous drip （20 mg/m^2） , d1-5; fluoreuracil intravenous drip （500 mg/m^2 ）, d1-5. One cycle lasted 21 days. Effect was evaluated after 3 cycles. Results There were 2 cases of complete remission, 11 cases of partial remission, 4 cases of no change and 5 cases of disease progression. The total effective rate was 57.14%. The main adverse reactions were myleosuppression and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion The combined chemotherapy of docetaxel plus cisplatin and fluoreuracil is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer, and the adverse reactions are tolerable.
