摘要
本文以牛蛙、虎纹蛙、黑斑蛙和湖北金线蛙为材料,进行了5个组合的杂交实验,其结果为:牛蛙和虎纹蛙正、反杂交不能受精,仅以虎纹蛙为母本、牛蛙为父本的一次实验有5.1%的受精率,并且得到了幼蛙;以牛蛙为母本、黑斑蛙为父本进行杂交,绝大多数夭亡于囊胚期,仅个别的可以孵出蝌蚪。以黑斑蛙为母本、牛蛙为父本进行杂交,不能进行胚胎发育;以湖北金线蛙为母本,黑斑蛙为父本进行杂交,能发育成蝌蚪,并且能变态成蛙。
Five hybridization experiments were performed in which four species of frogs,Rana catesbeiana,Rana tigrina rugulosa,Rana nigromaculata and Rana hubeiensis,were used.The results can be summaried as follows.The reciprocal crosses of R.catesbeiana and R.tigrina rugulosa could notfertilize the eggs.Only in one experiment of R.tigrina rugulosa ♀×R.catesbeiana♂,the fertility rate was 5.1% and obtained young frogs.The hybridization of R.catesbeiana ♀ and R.nigromaculata ♂ could fertillize the eggs.But most of theembryos died at the late blastula stage and very few could develop into the tadpolestage.R.nigromaculata ♀×R.catesbeiana ♂,the eggs could not develop.R.hubeiensis(♀)crossed with R.nigromaculata(♂),the zygotes could developinto healthy young frogs.
