摘要
文章介绍了生物质连续干馏制气的工艺过程、主要设备及外热式水平火道结构直立炉干馏工艺技术,试验研究了玉米秸秆和稻壳连续干馏制气的工艺参数及产气成分。试验结果表明,该工艺可实现生物质连续干馏制气,具有燃气热值高、产能大等特点,是实现生物质资源合理利用的重要途径。
This paper introduces the process and main equipments of the biomass continuously distillation for gas production. The technology of externally heating, horizontal structure fire path, vertical distillation reactor is also introduced. The continuously distillation experiment with corn stalk and rice husk as feedstock has been carried out in order to study the technological parameters and the producer gas composition. The results show that the continuous gas production can be realized by this technology, and the technology has the advantages of higher heat value gas production, higher output and etc. It is foreseen to be the important solution for the rational utilization of biomass resources.
