标准大骨瓣开颅术的临床应用

Application of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of closed craniocerebral injury

目的评价标准大骨瓣开颅术在闭合性颅脑损伤手术中的应用价值。方法采用标准大骨瓣开颅术救治30例重型颅脑损伤患者,并对有关临床资料进行分析、总结。结果30例中存活27例,其中恢复良好21例,中残4例,重残2例,死亡3例。结论标准大骨瓣开颅术是幕上单侧颅内血肿及额颞脑挫裂伤的首选手术方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of standard large trauma craniotomy for evacuation of traumatic intracranial haemotonma. Methods Thirty patients with intracranial haemotoma were treated by standard large trauma craniotomy. Clinical data were analyzed. Results Twenty-seven patients were still alive. Among them, good recovery in 21cases,moderate disability in 4 cases and severe deficits in 2 cases. Three patients died postoperatively. Conclusion Standard large trauma craniotomy is the surgical management of choice for unilateral supratentorial closed craniocerebral injury.
