摘要
在１５０８４例纤维胃镜检查中，胃次全切除术后检查１３８例，占０．９１％。结果残胃炎１１０例（７９．７１％），吻合口溃疡１９例（１３．７６％），残胃癌５例（３．６２％），胆汁返流１２例（８．７％），还有７种其它病变各１～２例。显示手术既不能解决胃的炎症，也不能预防胃癌的发生。故此，应严格掌握胃切除术的指征，术后应进行定期内镜随访，以期发现早期病例。
110 residual gastritises (79.71%), 17 anastomotic ulcers (13.76%), 5 residual cancers (3.62%) and 12 bile-re-gurgitational gastritises (8.7%) were found in 138 residual stomaches. It showed that operation neither cured gastritis nor prevented gastric cancer. So the index of gastric ectomy and endoscopic examination postectomyly are important.
