北京市零售业技术水平的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Technological Level of Retail Industry in Beijing

本文通过改进了的C-D生产函数对北京市零售业中百货商场、超级市场、专业店、专卖店四种营业业态的技术水平,以及这四种营业业态2002-2006年五年间的技术进步率进行了测算,并对造成各营业业态技术进步率差异的因素进行了分析。根据本文的测算结果,百货商场和超级市场的技术水平是上升的,但是专卖店和专业店的技术水平呈现下降趋势。本文认为零售业的技术水平和零售业市场结构、成本支出结构以及人力资本结构有关。

This paper measures the technological level of store, supermarket, special store and franchised store in Beijing by C-D production function, calculates the technological growth rate of these four business entities from 2002 to 2006, and analyzes the factors leading to the differences in technological growth rate of these four businesses. According to the results, the technological level of store and supermarket increases, but the technological level of special store and franchised store decreases. It＇s believed that retail industry＇s technological level is related to its market structure, cost expenditure structure and personnel capital structure.
