摘要
针对线束制造业所面临的问题,阐述了生产系统中的设计自动化技术、经营管理、决策技术、生产过程控制技术、加工自动化技术各功能模块,并提出通过基于PDM的支撑平台完成各功能模块的数据、功能和过程的集成,形成现代化集成线束制造系统。
Facing the problems of wiring harness manufacturing industry,this paper discusses the content of function modules composed of production system,such as design automation technology,management and decision technology,process control technology,machining automation technology,and present that data,function,process of modules above can be integrated by product data management technology and corporations can construct contemporary integrated harness manufacturing system based on it.
