在铁路信号产品中使用无铅焊接的可靠性研究

摘要 针对从锡铅焊接到无铅焊接过渡的过程中,就铁路信号产品焊接的可靠性进行了研究,制定严格的物料管理制度,不把有铅、无铅的焊膏和元件混淆,提出了处理好有铅与无铅混合组装中引起的兼容性问题是顺利完成无铅转换、保证焊接可靠性的关键。 This paper discusses the reliability of lead-free welding used in the railway signal products through the welding process transition from the tin-lead to lead-free welding. Furthermore,it puts forward that solving the compatibility for lead and lead-free mixed welding PCB assembly is the key problem of the lead-free conversion successfully completing and ensuring the welding joint reliability.
