摘要
为了解决一种产品中的2A12铝合金板形件切削加工变形问题,在有关振动时效设备制造厂家的大力支持下,采用不同的设备和工艺对其进行了振动时效和热处理时效的对比试验。试验结果表明,振动时效的效果比190℃×10 h热处理时效的效果好;振动时效的能源消耗也远比热处理时效的能源消耗低;这种铝合金板振动时效的难度比一般铸件、焊接件振动时效的难度大一些,应注意优选时效设备和工艺。
With the help of some vibratory stress relief (VSR) suppliers and manufactures,also to solve the cutting deformation of Aluminum plate product,several experiments which used vibratory stress relief and heat treatment aging stress relief were conducted. The results show that the effects of VSR are better than the aging stress relief under 190℃ for 10 hours,and the energy consumption of VSR is lower than aging stress relief. For this Aluminum plates,it's harder to use VSR than some castings and welding parts,we shall make the best choice of devices and optimize the VSR technology.
