摘要
多口径辐射单元结构是一个封闭的腔体,采用常规的机械加工方法无法实现,必须将其分解成几个结构件分别加工,再将其连接成腔体。提高各部件的接触面尺寸及形位精度,设计合适的焊接接头及装配定位结构,采用真空铝钎焊的方式实现高精度连接,满足其结构设计要求。
The structure of multiple-aperture radiation element is a closed cavity which can't be processed with normal machining method and have to be disparted to several parts. The cavity is restructured after each part is processed. It is important to enhance the contacts surface size and shape of precision of all parts,to design appropriate welded joints and location structure of assembly. Vacuum aluminum brazing way is used to achieve high-precision connections and to meet their structural design requirements.
