摘要 高温材料镍基合金是超耐热、超强度的合金钢,属于难加工材料,通过分析镍基合金的机械性能,经过具体的试验研究,对加工镍基合金中的PVD涂层和CVD涂层刀具进行了比对,通过正交试验对切削用量的选择进行了优化。 Ni-based alloy is hard to cut,as a kind of heat resistant and high strength alloyed steel. This essay first analyzes its mechanical properties,then make a comparison of characteristics and its wear between the PVD and CVD coated cemented carbide tools through substantial experiments. Meanwhile cross-designed diagram are included to optimize the cutting conditions.
