Investigation of the Occupational Health in a Turbine and Electric Machinery Corporation

目的掌握某机械制造企业职业卫生现况,为企业更好地预防和控制职业性有害因素,顺利通过国家安全质量标准化一级机械制造企业的考核提供参考依据。方法通过询问、现场调查及企业提供的相关资料和信息等方法对企业进行职业卫生调查。结果该机械制造企业苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度基本符合职业卫生标准,电焊烟尘、噪声超标较严重;在职职工的职业健康监护档案建档率达100%,部分工人未做上岗前和离岗时的职业健康检查,接触噪声的作业人员未进行纯音听力测试;工人未按规范使用防护用品的问题较为突出。结论该机械制造企业应加强职工职业卫生知识的宣传和培训,增强工人自我防护意识;使用移动式焊烟净化器;按照法律、法规的要求做好职业危害因素的监测及职工的健康监护工作。

[ Objective] To master the current situation of occupational health in a mechanical corporation and provide referential evidence for the prevention and control of occupational hazardous elements and passing the national quality standardization examination （ grade Ⅰ）. [ Methods ] Occupational investigation was carried out through inquiries, on - site investigation and relevant data and information provided by the enterprises. [ Results ] The concentration of benzene, toluene and dimethylbenzene in the workplaces basically accorded with the occupational sanitary standard, while the electric welding soot and noise overstepped the standard; the establishment ratio of staff occupational health suryeillance was 100% ; parts of workers did not receive occupational health examination before taking up and leaving their posts; the noise-exposed workers did not accept pure tone auditory test; the workers did not make good use of personal protection equipments. [ Conclusion ] Occupational health propaganda and education should be enhanced in this mechanical corporation and self - protection consciousness should be improved among the workers; portable welding soot purifier is suggested to be put into using; occupational hazards and health surveillance should be improved according to the laws and regulations.
