摘要
目的了解西安市2007年生产批发企业和居民用户硒盐的合格及食用情况,为大骨节病防治提供依据。方法按照硒盐监测方案要求对硒盐生产、封装和批发企业每个季度进行1次抽样。居民用户每个季度在3个乡镇的大骨节病病区随即抽取7个村子,每个村子随即抽取8户居民盐样。盐硒检测用分光光度法测定。判定标准:硒(以Se计)含量为(7.6±3.1)mg/kg(4.5—10.7mg/kg)为合格,小于4.5mg/kg或大于10.7mg/kg为不合格,小于1.4mg/kg为非硒盐。结果生产批发企业硒盐的批质量合格率为100%。居民用户硒盐合格率为91.36%,合格硒盐食用率为89.73%,非硒盐食用率为1.79%。结论西安市生产企业硒盐质量稳定;在居民用户中还有不合格硒盐和非硒盐存在,提示要关注这些病区。
[ Objective] To understand the quality and consumption of selenium salt at production and household level in 2007. [ Methods] Based on the scheme for selenium salt surveillance, quarterly sampling was carried out on the selenium salt at the levels of production, encapsulation and wholesale in 7 stochastically-selected villages with 8 households in each village, which were Kaschin-Beck disease areas; spectrophotometry was applied in the determination; the criteria was as follows: the qualified selenium content was set as 4.5 - 10.7mg/kg, the salt was categorized as non-selenium salt when the content of selenium was under 1.4 mg/ kg. [ Results] The eligible rate of selenium salt in the production and wholesale was 100% ; that in the household was 91.36% ; the edible rates of selenium salt and non-selenium salt were 89.73% and 1.79% respectively. [ Conclusion] The quality of the production of selenium salt is stable; however, there are still ineligible selenium salt and non-selenium salt in the households, which should be put into great emphasis.
