摘要
目的掌握莒南县食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染状况。方法按GB 4789.30-2003方法分离单核细胞增生李斯特菌。结果2006年从610份食品中共分离到单核细胞增生李斯特菌39株,总污染率为6.32%,生肉类、熟肉及生食蔬菜的污染率分别为9.94%、4.48%、3.78%。结论该县存在发生李斯特菌食物中毒的潜在危险。
[ Objective] To understand Listeria monocytogenes contamination in food in Junan county. [ Methods] Listeria monocytogenes strain was isolated based on GB 4789.30 - 2003. [ Results ] Of 610 samples of food collected in 2006, 39(6.32% ) strains of Listeria monocytogenes were isolated, contamination rate of raw meat, cooked meat and raw vegetables was 9.94%, 4.48% and 3.78% respectively. [Condusion] The potential danger of food poisoning caused by Listeria monocytogenes exists in this county.
