摘要 目的探讨封闭式负压引流对急性感染创面血管化的影响。方法制作幼猪急性感染创面模型,设封闭负压引流治疗的为VSD组,常规换药治疗为对照组;观察创面肉芽组织毛细血管密度和创面愈合时间。结果VSD组毛细血管密度显著高于对照组(<0.01);与对照组比较,VSD组创面红润,肉芽组织新鲜,创面愈合时间明显缩短(<0.01)。结论封闭负压引流技术能明显促进急性感染创面血管化,缩短急性感染创面愈合时间。 Objective To study the effect of vacuum sealing drainage on vascularization of acute infected wound. Methods Models of acute infected wound were made in pigs, and VSD was performed on one side as treatment group, while the other side was dealt with common dressing as control group. Time of agglutination was observed and vascularization of acute infected wound tissues in raw surface was analyzed. Results The capillary density of VSD was higher than that of control group, and there was a significant difference(P〈0.01). Time of healing in VSD group was shorter than in control group, the difference was also significant(P〈0.01), and for VSD group, the wound tissues was tough and fresh. Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage can promote the vascularization of acute infected wound obviously, and shorten the time of wound healing.
