摘要
文章基于西门子S7-300 PLC(可编程逻辑控制器),根据最小二乘算法原理,设计了一种能够在线估计系统模型参数的辨识器;在编程过程中大量使用了功能FC,利用其临时变量来节省PLC存储器空间,以完成较为复杂的运算;最后以双容水箱为对象进行了在线辨识。结果表明,所设计的辨识器具有良好的实时性和准确性。
The identifier based on SIEMENS PLC S7-300 is designed,which is used to identify the parameters of system on-line in this paper. It is based on the recursive least square(RLS) algorithm. The Function(FC) that can save the space of PLC by its temporary variables is used frequently in the programme to complete the complex operation. The system of two-order water tank is identified on line and the experiment result shows the good on-line capability and accuracy of the identifier.
