关于离子膜法制碱迅猛发展的思考

近年来我国离子膜法制碱发展迅猛,各地争相新建、扩建离子膜生产装置,但是快速发展可能会造成国内烧碱市场供过于求的局面,而且国内大多数离子膜生产厂家也存在着使用超前、研发滞后以及产品消耗水平较高,离子交换膜使用寿命短等诸多问题,因此,文章认为应该根据实际情况适时适度发展离子膜法制碱,同时应花大力气解决离子交换膜制造的国产化问题。

In recent years, ion-exchange membrane was developing rapidly in China, and many ionexchange membrane process units were built or extended in many regions. But rapid development may result in domestic caustic soda market oversupply. Moreover, most of the domestic plants focused on the use rather than research, their consumption level of products was higher and membrane life was shorter. Therefore, ion-exchange membrane should be developed appropriately according to the actual practice and the domestic manufacturing of ion-exchange membrane should be devoted.
