摘要
介绍了香兰素的两类生产工艺:化学合成法和生物法,综述了目前国内外香兰素萃取分离技术的现状及发展趋势,重点介绍了用愈创木酚为原料的各种工艺路线,还介绍了一些有研究前景的工艺路线,并对各种工艺路线的优缺点进行了评价。
Two kinds of synthesis methods of vanillin, chemical method and biological were introduced. The status and develoment trends of extract technology of vanillin at home and abroad at present were summarized. Various producing crafts with raw material of guaiacol were introduced emphatically, and a lot of producing crafts having the research foreground were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of the crafts were evaluated.
