淮南焦岗湖浮游生物群落及多样性分析

Analysis of the diversity of plankton community in Jiaogang Lake,Huainan

文章对焦岗湖浮游生物的种类、数量及分布进行调查,运用Shannon-Weiner指数(H)等生物多样性指数,对不同断面的生物多样性和优势度进行比较分析,研究浮游生物群落及水生生态系统,为湖泊资源合理开发利用提供理论依据。分析结果表明,湖区水体浮游植物群落以硅藻门、绿藻门为优势种群;在围网养鱼集中的区域(Ⅱ号断面)的浮游植物密度最大;浮游动物主要以小型原生动物为主,大型枝角类和桡足类数量较少;湖泊资源的开发对浮游生物的数量、分布及多样性有较明显的影响。

In this paper, the species, amounts and distribution situation of plankton in Jiaogang Lake are investigated. The biodiversity and dominance of different samples were analyzed by Shannon-Weiner index （H） and some other indexes, the plankton community and aquatic ecological system are studied in order to offer a theoretic basis for the rational development and utilization of the lake resources. The results showed that the Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta were predominant. The distribution and amount characteristics of phyto- plankton were that the density was the most in the II section, which was the region where the fish was raised in the enclosure web. The Protozoa which is small cell was predominant in the zooplankton, and the numbers of Cladocera and Copepoda which are big ceils were few. The effects of the lake resource development and utilization were more obvious on the plankton community and diversity.
